Heard A.R. for OP. None for complainant appeared. Notice through speed post issued to the complainant has been delivered to the complainant on 15.11.2016 as per track report.

Perused file. It is true that none is appearing for complainant since last dates of hearings i.e. 01.04.2016, 27.05.2016, 19.08.2016, 04.11.2016 & 06.01.2017 consecutively.

It appears that complainant is not interested in persuing his case and trying to defeat the process of law and misusing the ex-parte stay order dated 03.03.2015 granted in his favour. It will be abuse of process to proceed further in the absence of complainant. Hence complaint is dismissed in default for the reasons mentioned above.

File be consigned to record room.
