Present complainant in person alongwith Counsel and AR on behalf of OP and filed compromise which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, the complainant is directed to pay NTA principal of Rs.11,163.48 instead of Rs.12,078.13 in respect of CA no. 60012133108 in 6 EMI’s to which OP has no objection.

Accordingly in terms of compromise, the complainant is directed to deposit NTA principal of Rs.11,163.48 in respect of CA No. 60012133108 in 6 EMI’s and first installment be deposited on or before 20.12.2018 and every subsequent installments be deposited on or before 20^th day of succeeding month.

In view of settlement between the parties, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
