OP has filed an application alongwith the copy of order dated 18.12.2015 of this forum to dismiss this complaint as earlier complaint filed by the complainant on similar consumer dispute has been finally decided by this forum on 18.12.2015.

Copy supplied to the complainant his Counsel objected this application.

Heard both the parties and perused file as well as earlier order dated 18.12.2015 passed by this forum in C.C. no. 1451/15.

It is evident from the record that this forum has decided earlier C.C.          No. 1451/15 on 18.12.2015 pertaining to amount of Rs. 28,532/- of bill          no-10500495303 dated 03.12.2015 of C.A. No. 60005646629 filed by the same complainant. This aforesaid impugned amount/arrear also included in this complaint. Hence this subsequent complaint related to similar consumer dispute of impugned amount already decided earlier in C.C. No. 1451/15 is not maintainable.

Hence rejected.
