Present:-  Complainant in person.

        Heard.    In the present complaint the complainant submits that bill has been raised though the complainant was out to USA and his chamber remained locked.  We have perused the bill.  It shows that there are arrear of Rs.41067.17/- payable by the complainant.  Complainant submits that amount pertains to period 9.2.2015 to 11.3.2015. But there are arrears of past dues and not a current demand.   On 9.2.2015 meter reading was 5044 whereas on date 11.3.2015 reading was 5047. In another words, bill of three units only has been raised by OP as current demand.  Even complainant has not disputed that he is arrears of past dues.  It is alleged that the sanctioned load has been increased to 7 KW from 1 KW which is illegal.  As per letter dated 18.3.2015 written by OP to complainant he was requested to make notification to be generated by calling Sampark Kendra at 011-66404040.  There is no averment in the complaint that the complainant complied with this request.  As per letter referred to above meter load has been increased as per DERC Regulations on the basis of 3 highest maximum demand indicators recorded during last one year.  It is not the case of complainant during last one year of increase of the load he was not having highest maximum demand indicator recorded during the last one year.  Therefore, complaint does not disclose any cause of action. Complaint is, therefore, dismissed.  Copy of the order be given to the parties.  File be consigned to record room.
