Complainant has filed an application earlier along with settlement deed, the OP has already agreed to make the payment of Rs.8,39,603 and the last payment would be paid on 20.11.2023.  Matter is therefore disposed off and consent Decree is passed in terms of the settlement deed which bears signature of complainant at point A and of AR of OP at point B.  Matter is disposed off in terms of settlement.  No Order as to cost.  Liberty is given to complainant to file execution in case of non-compliance by the OP.    

File be consigned to record room.      

Copy of this order be given Dasti to both the parties.
