       Considered IA/1, an application informing that the matter has been settled as per the compromise entered into between the parties.  An affidavit of the complainant with “customer satisfaction note” has been filed to substantiate the plea that the matter has been settled.

       On due consideration, we dismiss this complaint as infructuous.
