       Complainant is absent without any step. Complainant did not file show-cause. O.p. nos.1 & 2 and O.p. nos.3 & 4 file two separate hazira. O.p. nos.1 & 2 files a petition praying for dropping of the instant case.

       On repeated calls none appears for the complainant. It is now 1.10 p.m.

       It appears that complainant was absent for a considerable period which clearly depicts that complainant certainly has lost his interest to proceed with the case.

       In the above backdrop we have to conclude by passing an order for dismissal of the case. Hence, instant case is dismissed for default.
