COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Today the case was fixed for arguments. At this stage, counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that matter has been compromised between the parties and the defective parts have been repaired by the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw the present complaint, on the instruction of the complainant, being compromise.

Heard. In view of the statement made by the counsel for the complainant, it is clear that matter has been compromised between the parties and the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. We order accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
