2.    M/s Em Pee Motors Ltd., Pioneer Toyota, #71, Industrial Area, Phase-1,  Panchkula-134113 through its Managing Director.

3.    Parminder Singh, Managing Director, M/s Em Pee Motors Ltd., Pioneer Toyota, #71, Industrial Area, Phase-1, Panchkula-134113.

                        Today the execution application was fixed for compliance. At this stage, counsel for the Ops has tendered a cheque No.602352 dated 03.11.2016 amounting to Rs.35,000/- drawn on ICICI Bank, Panchkula as full and final compliance of order under execution.

Counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a cheque bearing No.602352 dated 03.11.2016 amounting to Rs.35,000/- in compliance of order under execution. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
