Complaint is present.  Heard both sides.  Considered.  Perused the compromise petition drafted by Ld. Advocates for both sides in presence of the complainant in court.  The terms of the compromise are legal.  The OP has agreed to pay back of Rs. 2,25,000/- by installments. 

            Ld. Advocate for both sides and the complainant have agreed to the bank interest on the amount.

            Hence, ordered that the case No. 2014/45 is decreed on compromise and the compromise petition filed by both do for the part of the decree.  The OP No. 1, Tousif Ahmed Khan is directed to pay Rs. 20,000/- per month till the satisfaction of the entire amount of Rs. 2,25,000/- and thereafter 6% interest on the sum after the payment of the principal amount will be paid by the OP No. 1, Tousif Ahmed Khan by three instalments.  The amount of interest on 2,25,000/- will be calculated on and from January, 2011 till the date of recovery.
