          I have settled the complaint with Toshiba India Pvt. Ltd. (OP) and have received an amount of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) vide cheque no. 508300 dated 08.10.2018 from Toshiba India Pvt. Ltd., as full and final settlement.

ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Ms. Pratiksha Chaturvedi, Counsel for Toshiba India Pvt. Ltd. (OP) has been authorised to settle the complaint.  Complainant have received an amount of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) vide cheque no. 508300 dated 08.10.2018 from Toshiba India Pvt. Ltd., as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
