AR for complainant and AR for OP-1& OP-3 filed compromise dated 10.02.2018 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, we therefore direct AR for OP-1 &OP-3 to refund the amount of Rs.13,500/- to the complainant as against full & final settlement within 30 days. The complainant will return LED TV in question to AR for OP-1 & OP-3.

This order shall be complied with byOP-1 & OP-3 within a period of 30 days from the date of order and return of old product failing which an additional interest @ 10% per annum will be payable on whole of above amount from the date of this order till payment to the complainant. The case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
