                The ld. counsel for the complainant got recorded his statement to the effect that he has compromised the matter in dispute with the OPs, as such, he received a cheque amounting Rs.25,635/-, therefore, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint further and withdraws the same. So, in view of statement of ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
