The complainant along with the A/R for the Ops being present filed a joint compromise petition stating that the OP.1 has offered a sum of Rs.16, 671/- to the complainant in lieu of complainant’s TV Model No.32PT200ZE and the complainant is satisfied with above terms of settlement.

                        Both the parties have furnished the compromise application with respective signatures and prayed the Forum to dispose of this case accordingly.  Perused the same.

                        In view of above facts, we close this case as not pressed.  Issue free copy of this order to the parties concerned.
