            Complainant present. While considering the complaint it is learned that the opposite party is residing at Ernakulam. Hence this forum has no territorial jurisdiction upon this matter. Hence permitted to withdraw the complaint for filing at proper forum. The time taken to conduct the matter before this forum shall be excluded for the purpose of limitation under Article 14 of the Limitation Act.
