ORDER

                    Sh. Mandeep Singh, Prop. of OP-2 has filed the letter dated 07.04.2017 alongwith documents and states that the amount of Rs.40,000/- has been handed over to the complainant.

                   None has turned up on behalf of complainant. Case has been called several times since morning. Hence, there is no other option but to dismiss the complaint in default. It is ordered accordingly.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
