Order No.  15  dated  22/09/2014

Ld. lawyer of the complainant files a put up petition today enclosing therewith a substantive petition praying for withdrawal of the case for non prosecution. They have also filed a copy of the order passed on 12.9.14 being R.P. No.28/2014 and R.P. No.46/2014 of the Hon’ble State Commission wherein both the parties submits that they do not want to proceed to the revision petition and accordingly, both the revision petitions were disposed of by Hon’ble State Commission in the aforesaid order.

            In view of the above and considering the circumstances, it is ordered, that the instant case is withdrawn due to non prosecution by complainant.  The petition filed by complainant today forms the part of the order.

            Supply copy of this order to the parties free of cost.
