                   Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that OP has executed the sale deed in favour of the complainant on 25.04.2016 and as such the parties have arrived at amicable settlement and in view of the settlement the complainant has not been left over with other claim/relief arising out of the incidental to the subject matter of the present complaint.

                   In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the complainant  the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
