None has appeared on behalf of complainant to collect the notice of publication of opposite party No. 2. Perusal of last so many zimni orders transpired that complainant is not coming to this Commission for collecting the notice of publication. The complaint is pending for the service of opposite party No. 2 since the date of filing of this complaint. The complainant has been granted so many opportunities to get the service of opposite party No. 2 done but the complainant has miserably failed to get the service of opposite party No.2 be effected for the last 5 years. It seems that complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint and there is no justification to grant any more opportunity for the same purpose to the complainant. Consequently, the present complaint is dismissed. Copy of order will be supplied by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Amritsar as per rules. File be sent back to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Amritsar.
