Advocate appears for the appellant in his usual fairness submits that he wants to withdraw the appeal in view of the judgment of this Commission in Appeal Case No.A/37/2018 (The Postmaster, Chandlodia Post Office, Ahmadabad, Gujrat and Anr. Vs Sri Suman Bepari) wherein both the State Commission, Tripura as well as the Hon’ble National Commission held that a complaint petition is not maintainable against the Postal Authority in view of Section 6 of the Indian Post office Act.
In view of the above, the instant appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to file afresh, if so advised.
