Judgment

As the MA being no-298/2017 has been allowed wherein it is observed that the Complainant cannot be the Consumer, hence the CC-83/2017 is hereby dismissed.

Hence it is ordered that the Consumer Complaint no-83/2017 is hereby dismissed on contest without any cost being not maintainable.

However the Complainant is at liberty to approach the appropriate Civil Court for redressal of her grievance, if required and if not barred otherwise. The Complainant is also at liberty to get return the copy of the complaint and other related documents as filed at the time of filing this complaint upon prior application to this effect. The office is directed to take necessary steps so that the Complainant can get return of the above-mentioned in accordance with law.
