Order 08 dt 26/5/17

The case of the compt is represented by the CAB, which submitted through a petition that the complainant is not communicating with them since long and as such the CAB prays for dropping the case.

It is seen from the earlier order that the case has been fixed today for filing E/chief by the compt.

Ops of the case are also absent without steps.

The CAB representing the compt stated that they are unable to the E/chief as signature of the complainant on it is required and an affidavit to be sworn in for that purpose before the N/public.

The cab submitted that most probably  the compt lost interest and does not want to proceed with the case.

Considering the above let the case be dismissed.

Accordingly, the case is dismissed for default.
