                This appeal coming up before us on 28.04.2023 for appropriate orders with regard to the withdrawal memo filed by the appellant and this Commission made the following Order in open court:

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the Counsel for the Appellant / 3^rd Opposite party stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties out of this Commission and also has filed a Memo to that effect.   Memo recorded. 

In view of the Memo, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.   The Memo shall form part of the Order.  No order as to cost.

The Appellant / 3^rd Opposite party is entitled to the Mandatory deposit.   Hence, the Registry is directed to discharge the mandatory deposit along with accrued interest in favour of the Appellant / 3^rd Opposite party.
