The case of the complainant is as follows:-


 

The complainant had registered with the opposite party for arranging House Nurse. He had paid Rs.250/- as registration charges, service charges for 6 months Rs.1250/- and Deposit Rs.1500/- to the opposite party on 12th June 2007. Thereafter the opposite party had sent one Lady Home Nurse called Amminikutty to the complainant. On August 2007 the Home Nurse went to her Home. Thereafter she did not come back to the complainants house. The Home Nurse had collected Rs.7000/- from the complainant. Subsequently the complainant contacted the opposite party several times overphone and directly for arranging the Home Nurse. But the opposite party has avoid the complainant stating one or other reasons. Hence this complaint.

The notice was served with the opposite party they did not appear before this Forum even after accepting the notice. So, the opposite party was set exparty. Evidence in this case consists of the proof affidavit filed by the petitioner and Ext.A1 and A2 documents.


 

We heard the petitioner and gone through the proof Affidavit and documents filed by the complainant.


 

We have no reasons to dis believe the case of the complainant. We are of the opinion that the case of the complainant is to be allowed.


 

In the result the complaint is allowed as follows: We direct the opposite party to refund Rs.1500/-. As per A2 and Rs.1000/- as compensation for inconveniences and cost of Rs.500/- to the complainant. The order shall be complied with within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
