ORDER

Today the case was fixed for compromise and settlement.

                                 The complainant has filed a compromise petition by supporting affidavit to withdraw the case through his Ld. Advocate.

                                 On behalf of the Opposite Party Titan Company Ltd., one Abhijit Kr. Das, Store Manager has filed hazira in person. He has also put his signature with endorsement on the petition for compromise filed by the complainant. Perused the petition and heard both parties.

                                 The Ld. Advocate on behalf of the complainant has submitted that the instant case and disputes between the parties has already been amicably settled and there is no grievance against the OPs as such the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case further, thus he prays to withdraw the case.

                                 Hence, it is,

                                                                                      ORDERED

 

that the instant case has already been amicably settled between the parties and there is no grievance against each other. Hence, the case is disposed off on compromise.

 

Let the copy of order be sent to both the parties.
