Present:       Sh.Shyam Sunder Gupta, authorized person for the complainant.

                   Sh.Rajesh Sharma  Advocate for opposite parties.

                   File taken up today on the application of authorized person for the complainant to dispose of the case. Authority letter on behalf of the complainant also filed.  Ld. Counsel for the opposite party has no objection in allowing the same and endorsement to this effect has been made on the application. As such application is allowed.

                   Sh.Shyam Gupta Authorised person for the complainant has made a statement that both the parties have arrived at a settlement. As per the settlement, opposite party company will pay the cost of watch alongwith Rs.1500/- towards litigation expenses within 45 days. The complainant has handed over the watch in question to Sh. Rajesh Sharma, Advocate for the opposite parties.  Both the parties are agreed with the settlement and will be bound by this settlement. He has no objection to decide the case accordingly. Cost of watch as per invoice is Rs.7950/-.

                   In view of the statement made above, present complaint is hereby disposed of with direction to the opposite parties to pay Rs.7950/- towards cost of watch and Rs.1500/- towards litigation expenses i.e. total Rs.9450/-(Rupees nine thousand four hundred and fifty only) to the complainant within 45 days, failing which opposite party shall be liable to pay interest @9% p.a. from date of decision i.e. 16.06.2021. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements.

                   Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
