ORDER

     At this stage, the matter has been settled amicably between the parties. Vide his separate statement, counsel for complainant has stated that as per settlement, he has received an amount of Rs.15,000/- in cash from OPs through its counsel Sh.Kamal Grover, Advocate, and hence he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint against the OPs and prayed that the present consumer complaint be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. In view of the statement of the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
