                 Complaint filed under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for a direction to the opposite party  to refund a sum of Rs.10,380/- with interest and also to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- as mental agony  and also Rs.1500/- towards cost of the complaint to the complainant.
