The complainant is absent on repeated calls. None for the complainant is present and no steps is taken. Ld. Advocate for the OP 1 and 2 is present and he files hazira. It is submitted by Ld advocate for the OPs 1 and 2 that the complainant did not turn up on previous occasion ie on 13.04.2023 also and accordingly, the said OPs pray for  dismissal of the consumer complaint. Heard. Considered. 

It appears that the complainant remained absent on previous date ie on 13.04.2023 also. Cause as per order dated 13.04.2023 is not shown by the complainant.

In view of the above it seems to us that the complainant is not at all interest to proceed with the consumer complaint.

Hence, it is,

Ordered

that the consumer complaint be and the same is dismissed for default. No costs.
