                        Today the case is fixed for consideration on the admissibility of the complaint. At this stage, counsel for the complainant by making a separate statement states that he withdraws the present complaint with liberty to file afresh.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
