Today is fixed for admission hearing.

                             Ld. Advocate for the complainant presents but not formally files a document superscribed “Thyrocare” and not “Thyrocare Lab” as in the complaint.  It bears an initial signature dated 26.04.2018 thereon and is without any address so as to determine whether it is issued by OP No. 1 or 2.  The document does not bear any identity of the signatory and official seal.  Thus no authenticity of the document is established.

          The immediate preceding order observes that in the complaint no allegation has been made against OP No.1 and also that, that the OP No.1 is the agent of OP No.2 is not also mentioned in the complaint petition.  But the said document cannot meet up this inadequacy.                                                                     

          And only OP No.1 falls within the territorial jurisdiction of this Forum and not OP No.2. We are thus of the opinion that the case is not fit to be admitted and hence not admitted.
