           Complainant is absent without taking steps.

On repeated calls, none appear on behalf of the complainant.

            Perused the case record.

            It appears that since a long date, the complainant has been taking no steps upon O.P No.1 and 2.

Several directions were given to that effect, but in vain.

            The Ld.Agent for the O.P.No.3 submits that the complainant neither appeared nor took any

Steps upon O.P.No. 1 and 2 in spite of several directions. So, he prays for dismissal of the case.

            On perusal of case record, it also reflects that no show-cause has also been filed to-day in compliance with the order of this Forum.

            The conduct of complainant seems to us that the complainant is not interested to proceed the case .Further. In our view, the case deserves an order of dismissal.

Hence, it is,

                                             ORDERED

           that the CC No.07 of 2015 be and the same is hereby dismissed for default.

            Note in Register accordingly.
