            The case of the complainant is that the respondent society was conducted monthly deposit scheme with a monthly instalment at the rate of Rs. 500/- commenced on 10.10.2007 and will be returned Rs. 19,000/- after deducting Rs. 1,000/- as commission after the 30^th day of maturity. The complainant had subscribed the above said scheme and it was matured on 10.01.2011, the complainant had approached the respondents and demanded back the deposited amount and they were not ready to give back the amount. The complainant has not received any amount so far. Hence the complaint.

2.The respondents are remained exparte.

3.The complainant filed affidavit and Exhibit P1 document.

4.There is no evidence to the contrary.

            5.In the result the complaint is allowed and the respondents are directed to pay the amount Rs. 19,000/- with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of complaint till realisation within 2 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
