            Heard on admission and rejected.  The complaint is filed to get back the monthly deposit amount from the respondents Society.  It is the case that as per the request of 1^st respondent she had joined in the scheme and remitted amounts.  She has remitted the amounts by way of pass book No.27 of the deposit scheme.  She had paid 32 instalments which are recorded in the pass book and thereafter she did not pay and it is stated in the complaint that when she heard that the functioning of the society is not proper she stopped paying  the further instalments.  It is also stated that after   maturity of the scheme, on 11/2/11 she had approached  the respondents and demanded  back the amount but not given.  Hence this complaint is filed. 

          2.The pass book produced would show that the last payment made by complainant was on 10/5/10.  It is true that the  termination shown is 10/1/11.  Since the  complainant stopped further payments when she heard that the  functioning of the society is not proper the complaint should file within two years from 10/5/10.  The awaiting of complainant till the maturity date is not  at all believable.  As per Section 24(A) of the Consumer Protection Act the Forum  shall not admit any complaint after the period of   limitation.  The complaint is strictly barred  by limitation and is liable to be rejected.  Hence the complaint is rejected.
