Today matter is listed for arguments on maintainability on territorial jurisdiction as the complainants are residents of Noida and Policy Grievance is placed at Jaipur both addresses are outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Commission. Therefore Complainant states that he wants to withdraw this case with liberty to file the same before appropriate Court or Commission. Request allowed.
