Complainant appeared directly. Complainant filed a petition for settlement stating that he is ready for a settlement if the opposite parties are continuing the functioning of the society properly. The 4^th opposite party is not a party to the litigation because the membership from Tea Board has not been taken, submitted by the counsel for the 1^st , 2^nd and 3^rd opposite parties and the counsel for 4^th opposite party. Hence the petition dismissed and the complainant can file fresh complaint if the society stops without any reasonable cause after getting subscription fee from the members. The complainant is ready to co-operate with the society.

Hence the petition closed.
