Complainant absent.  Counsel submits that he has no instruction.  Hence we are of the view that the complainant is not intended to adduce any oral evidence.  The documents produced along with the complaint are only photo copies of LLP certificate which cannot be accepted in evidence.  There is absolutely no evidence to prove the allegations in the complaint.

In the result complaint stands dismissed.
