This  is      a   petition   no-  2535  dtd.  21/6/23     filed  by    the  complainant    and   the   opp.  party   jointly     stating   the  fact  that parties  have amicably    settled   the  dispute   outside   the  court      and  a   cheque   amounting   to   Rs.70,000/- vide  no-   837389    dtd.  3/6/23     has   been   received   by the   complainant.  The     matter   of  dispute      is   amicably    settled  by the   parties and    accordingly   petition   no-  2535  dtd.  21/6/23      is  allowed.  Case   is    disposed   of  on  compromise.
