Perused the petition of the complainant coupled with the documents annexed with the record.
The correspondence in connection with the tour has been made in between the complainant and the O.P.-2 at their office at Salt Lake, Sector-V, P.S. Bidhan Nagar, Kolkata-700091. Not a single document is found wherefrom the correspondence with the O.P.-1 has been made with the complainant.
Moreover, the complainant is residing at 128-A, Diamond harbor Road, Behala, Kolkata-700008, which is also not within the jurisdiction of this Dist. Commission.
As such, neither the O.P. nor the complainant is within the jurisdiction of this Dist. Commission.
In view of the above, the consumer complaint is not admitted. However, the complainant is at liberty to file a fresh on the same cause of action in appropriate forum / Court of Law if so advised and if not otherwise barred by Law.
Hence, the MA/252/2020 stands dismissed.
