            Ld. Advocate of both parties is present.

            Today is fixed for settlement, if any, by the parties. Parties file a Memorandum of Settlement dated 11.07.2022. Let it be kept with the record.

Heard both sides. Perused the Memorandum of Settlement. On perusal of the Memorandum of Settlement, it appears to us  that the OP-1 will pay a sum of Rs.  3,00,000/- to the complainants as full and final settlement towards the claim and compensation and the said amount would be paid in equal proportionate share to the complainant Nos. 1 and 2 @ Rs. 1,50,000/- each. The OP-1 issued two post dated cheques bearing Nos. 173367 and 163368 both dated 10.08.2022 for Rs. 1,50,000/- each in favour of  the complainant Nos. 1 and 2  in terms of the Memorandum of Settlement. Complainant Nos 1 and 2 received those post dated cheques in open Ejalsh and those complainants filed  photocopies of their Aadhaar Cards. Photocopies of post dated cheques and Aadhaar Cards be kept with the records.

In view of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 11.07.2022 executed between the parties, we are inclined to dispose the instant consumer case.

Hence,

Ordered

That the consumer case is disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 11.07.2022. The Memorandum of Settlement be made part of the order.
