Today also Decree Holder and his Counsel are absent. There is no necessity to adjourn the case like this. JDr is directed to give postage charges in 2 days and if that is paid send the Cheque kept in this Forum on 03.04.2012 to the Decree Holder by RPAD. If the Decree Holder is advised, he is at liberty to file fresh Execution if need be for balance amount.
