File taken up today, i.e. on 11.05.2024 in the National Lok Adalat. In this case, Counsel for the JD produced on record a copy of document vide which amount of Rs.57,882/- has already been credited in the Bank account bearing No.0760100100002609 of Complainant.

Today an e-mail has been received from the complainant. Copy of the same has been attached with the complaint by Ahlmad wherein it is submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and she has received an amount of Rs.57,882/- as full & final settlement amount, so she wants to withdraw the above said complaint as fully satisfied.

In view of above said mail received from the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room.
