Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. Ranjor, Complainant in person.

                   Sh. Parveen Saini, Counsel for the OPs.

                  

                   Today the case is fixed for evidence of the complainant.

                   Learned counsel for the OPs has suffered a separate statement that the matter has been compromised between the parties, as per compromise OPs will pay Rs.6500/- and NOC as full and final settlement to the complainant within 45 days from the date of receipt of the copy of order.

                   On the other hand, complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs. So he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

       In view of the above statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties will bound their statement. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
