Both the parties are present and filed a joitn compromise petition stating therein that in obedience to order dt.07.06.2022 the complainant attended the office of the Opposite party Charbahal and requested for revision of his disputed bill uopon which the SDO, Charbahal has revised the bills and the complainant expressed her satisfection to the revised bill and does not want to proceed any more in this complaint and prayed to pass necessary orders for the ends of justice.

We perused the joint petition filed by the parties and heard the parties. Since the complainant has expressed her full satisfaction to the revision of the disputed bill and in view of the above joint compromise petition filed by both the parties the dispute has been amicably settled and disposed of accordingly.
