Present:       Sh. SC Jindal, Adv. for complainant.

                    Sh. Sushil Garg, Adv. for respondents.

 

            Complainant expired. Counsel for the complainant placed on record death certificate annexure-CX, according to which complainant expired on 17.06.2019. Counsel for the complainant also suffered statement according to which, the complainant since deceased, left behind him his widow and two sons who are not willing to prosecute the complaint and neither they want to sign any document. He does not have any further instruction. In view of statement of the counsel for the complainant, the further proceeding in the complaint are dropped at this stage in case any of the legal heirs of the complainant appeared and filed an application within reasonable period of time i.e. 3 month, then proceeding may be revived. Meanwhile, file be consigned to the records.
