Advocate for Complainant filed hazira. Heard learned advocate for the Complainant.
The claim is related with Policy No. 350297818 dated 23/12/2020. The Life assured died on 27/04/2021 and there after claim was filed before the OP having claim No. 202117401038. The claim amount is more than Rupees one crore. As this Commission is having pecuminary jurisdiction of Rs.50,00,000/-(Rupees fifty lakh) only this Complainant is not maintainable. The Complainant is given liberty to file the Complainant before the Honble State Commission and from the date of filing till today limitation shall not be a bar for the Complainant.
The case dropped as not maintainable.
