25.10.2021                The case record is put up today as it is fixed for hearing on dated 03.11.202. Both parties are present. Advocate for the O.P files a joint compromise petition along with put up petition on the ground that both parties have prayed that the present case has been settled outside the Commission amicably. The complainant orally prayed before this Commission that he do not want to proceed with the case further.

 

                                    As the complainant do not want to proceed with the case further the present complaint case is hereby dropped as withdrawn.
