None has appeared on behalf of the complainant inspite of several calls, whereas learned counsel Sh. S. M. Joshi for the opposite parties has appeared.

Today the case is fixed for evidence of the complainant.

It appears that the complainant is not ready to contest his complaint before us and placing the evidence in support of his case.
