Case record put up to day. Advocate for the O.P filed hazira. No step filed by the complainant. After perusal of the record it reveals that the complainant is a permanent resident of Sundargarh District. The cause of action took place in Sundargarh District. The complainant has mentioned that the present address of the complainant is Jharsuguda District but the complainant has not submitted any document regarding to her present residence.
Without any documentary evidence, of the present residence, the case is disposed off on the ground of territorial jurisdiction. The complainant is at liberty to file before appropriate court of law.
