Today the case is fixed for further hearing. The complainant  so also the O.P. are present in person along with concerned advocate’s. Both the parties filed a memo of compromise petition on the ground that both complainant and O.P have settled the matter amicably outside the court premises. The complainant do not want to proceed with the case any further.   

In view of the present compromise petition, the present case is dropped as withdrawn.   

                 Accordingly the case is disposed of.
